When Emma Myers isn’t sharpening her claws as Enid Sinclair for Tim Burton’s Wednesday or tunneling into the unknown alongside Jack Black and Jason Momoa in Paramount’s A Minecraft Movie, she’s sleuthing like Sherlock for Netflix‘s adaptation of Holly Jackson‘s A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder. After delivering a solid first season, the murder mystery series makes its return to Netflix in May, and we’ve already got our magnifying glasses out for another thrilling case. According to a new video posted to Emma Myers’ social accounts, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Season 2 will premiere globally on Netflix on May 27, 2026.

“I’m feeling very nostalgic,” Myers says in a social media video announcing the launch date. “This season has been really special to me and I’m so excited for everybody to see it.”
Myers (Wednesday, Family Switch) will be back as Pip, alongside Zain Iqbal as Ravi Singh, with the six-episode season picking up in the aftermath of the pair solving the mystery of what happened to missing student Andie Bell (India Lillie Davies). They’ll be joined by new co-stars Misia Butler (KAOS), Eden H. Davies (Tell Me Everything), and Jack Rowan (Noughts + Crosses).

“I am BEYOND thrilled that we can continue Pip’s story and, this time, I’m writing on the show!” Jackson said in a statement. “We owe everything to the dedicated fans, and I can’t wait to reunite with my AGGGTM family!”
Added Cogan, “I’m delighted to be back in Little Kilton with Pip and friends for Season 2 and to have the opportunity to bring another of Holly’s gripping stories to the screen.”
That settles it. I’m moving Holly Jackson’s A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder novel toward the top of my to-be-read pile. The mountain of books I’ve got on deck is wild, the pillar is starting to lean. In addition to the first volume of Jackson’s Good Girl’s series, I’ve got Bar Fridman-Tell’s Honeysuckle, Keith Rosson’s Fever House, Jan Saenz’s 200 Monas, Daniel Zomparelli’s Super Castle Fun Park, Liann Zhang’s Julie Chan is Dead, and How to Sell a Haunted House and Witchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix begging to be read. Truth be told, there’s a lot more, but you get the idea.
